We have established an Endowment Fund for Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Classical School. Because tuition covers only half of our school’s operating costs, every year we have a signification and growing fundraising requirement. An endowment will provide a permanent income stream that will help us ensure the financial viability of the school for generations to come.

We have partnered with The Catholic Foundation of Northern Colorado, which has a over 27 years of managing funds, like ours, in accordance with Catholic teaching using a morally responsible investment policy. The Catholic Foundation welcomes a variety to gift types – including cash, checks, securities, donor-advised funds, estates, life insurance policies, retirement assets, real estate and more. All our gifts to our endowment fund must be made directly to the Catholic Foundation.

At a time when Catholic schools are closing nationwide, our school has grown tremendously. We serve families who desire authentic Catholic education for their children. Our parents aren’t merely looking to escape public schools, they want their children to achieve academic excellence and to grow in their Catholic faith.

Part of our mission is ensuring that Catholic education is available to any family who desires it, and we serve many middle-income families, for whom Catholic education has often been viewed as unaffordable. On average our families pay tuition of $4,800/student, yet our cost to educate each student is nearly double this amount. For this reason, we have a significant annual fundraising need to provide tuition assistance for our families and to cover the costs that tuition does not.
